Investor Relations Manager / Associate

• A venture capital fund focused on consumer and D2C investments is hiring for its Investor Relations function.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors
• LPs, family offices, HNIs and institutional investors
• Act as primary point of contact for investor queries; ensure timely resolution and proactive engagement
• Support the Managing Partners in capital raising initiatives; identify and map new investor pools
• Prepare investor reporting, fund updates, presentations and periodic performance communication
• Maintain investor databases, documentation and onboarding processesPreferred sector exposure: Venture Capital, Consumer Investments, D2C Brands, FMCG, Consumer Technology, Beauty & Personal Care, Wellness, Family Offices and Alternative Investments.
