Investor Connect and Deal Syndication

Key Responsibilities

• Investor & Lender Connect: Build, develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, family offices, PE/VC funds, private credit funds, NBFCs, banks, DFIs and other institutional investors.
• Deal Syndication: Identify and connect appropriate capital providers with live fundraising mandates across equity, debt, structured finance and private credit.
• Equity Fundraising: Facilitate investor outreach for growth capital, private placements, pre-IPO funding and strategic equity investments.
• Debt & Private Credit: Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit funds and private lenders for project finance, structured debt, working capital and other debt financing requirements.
• M&A Transactions: Support investor and strategic buyer connect for acquisitions, buyouts, asset sales, acquisition financing and related transaction mandates.
• Deal Origination: Assist in identifying potential investors, funding opportunities and strategic transaction prospects through industry networks and relationship development.
• Transaction Coordination: Arrange investor meetings, coordinate discussions between investors and promoters, manage follow-ups and maintain transaction momentum.
• Documentation & Due Diligence: Coordinate preparation and circulation of pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda, term sheets, financial information and other transaction documents, working with internal teams and external advisors.
• Mandate Management: Track investor interest, maintain investor databases, monitor deal pipelines and provide regular updates on transaction progress.
• Transaction Closure: Coordinate commercial discussions, due diligence, negotiations and documentation with relevant stakeholders until transaction completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Approximately 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, deal syndication, fundraising, investor relations, debt syndication, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
• Established relationships with investors, HNIs, family offices, PE/VC funds, private credit funds, banks, NBFCs or other institutional capital providers.
• Working knowledge of equity fundraising, debt financing, private credit and M&A transactions.
• Experience in investor outreach, deal execution, financial documentation, due diligence coordination and transaction follow-through.
• Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to understand funding requirements and identify suitable investors or lenders for specific mandates.
• Self-driven, commercially aware and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial investment banking environment.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA Finance, CA, CFA or an equivalent qualification in finance, accounting or business.
• Relevant transaction experience and demonstrable investor/lender relationships will be important considerations.
