Investment Research Analysis

We are a family office managing the complete financial affairs of an HNW family- spanning investment management, asset protection and multi-generational wealth strategy. We are a small, high-trust team where each member carries real responsibility and works directly with senior leadership.

We are looking for a Family Office Analyst who brings sharp analytical skills, a strong investment foundation, and the discretion this environment demands. This is not a back-office support role- you will own your work, engage with complex problems across asset classes, and see the direct impact of your analysis on real decisions.

What You Will Do

Investment Research & Analysis

• Research investment opportunities across equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, and alternative assets
• Build and maintain financial models for valuation, scenario analysis, and portfolio stress-testing
• Perform due diligence on third-party funds, managers, and direct investment opportunities
• Prepare concise investment notes and recommendation memos for the Head of Family Office

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyse portfolio performance across all asset classes, including return attribution and risk metrics
• Prepare clear, accurate portfolio reports and investment updates on a regular and ad hoc basis
• Monitor capital calls, distributions, and liquidity events, and flag upcoming obligations proactively

Advisory Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with external advisors, fund managers, legal counsel, tax advisors, and custodians to ensure accurate information flow
• Assist with compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements as applicable

What We Are Looking For

Education & Professional Requirements

• MBA with specialization in finance from a reputed institution
• Experience: 23 years in wealth management, investment analysis, or financial services
• 23 years in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, conduct investment research, and support real investment decisions
• Prior exposure to family offices or high-net-worth clients is an advantage, not a prerequisite

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Excel; strong proficiency in financial modelling, DCF analysis, and sensitivity analysis
• Sound grasp of financial statement analysis, valuation methods, and investment principles across asset classes
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
