Investment Performance Analyst

Job description

• Location: L&T Powai, Mumbai
• Experience: 6+ years (Advanced Level)
• Work Model: 4 days WFO + 1 day remote. Candidates must have their own laptops.
• Interview Process: 1st round Virtual | 2nd round Face-to-Face
• Shift Timings: Candidates must be flexible across all shifts: APAC, EMEA and Night

Key Skills

1. Strong communication and stakeholder management.
2. Good investment product understanding.
3. Investment performance analytics experience, including:
• Gross-of-return/Net-of-return
• Time-Weighted Return (TWR) and Money-Weighted Return (MWR)
• Attribution analysis / Security attribution

Candidate Profile: Investment Performance Analytics professionals. Avoid applying if you have generic Fund Accounting experience without relevant performance analytics experience.

Certifications: CFA/CIPM preferred but not mandatory.

Mandatory Skills

1. Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Candidates should have good communication and articulation skills.
• The role involves interaction with stakeholders and counterparts across Manila, Sydney, the US, and other regions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholder interactions effectively.

2. Strong Product Understanding

• Candidates should have a good understanding of investment performance and capital markets-related products.
• Relevant experience in investment performance analytics is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge is more important than certifications.
• Investment Performance Analytics: Candidates should have relevant experience in investment performance analytics, including gross/net returns, time-weighted return, money-weighted return, and attribution analysis.
