Who We're Looking For

Please Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role.

We're seeking professionals who have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Sales or Business Development

A strong understanding of the real estate market

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

A self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach

Confidence in handling field sales and client interactions

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients through multiple communication channels

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions

Schedule and conduct client meetings

Coordinate and manage property site visits

Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and service excellence

Negotiate effectively and drive successful deal closures

Eligibility

Master's and bacholers degree in any field or business-related discipline (preferred)

Proven experience in Sales or Business Development

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
