Investment Head

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage investor relationships, including regular communication through meetings, calls, and emails.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with limited partners (LPs), general partners (GPs), and other stakeholders.
  
• Negotiate term sheets and deal documents with LPs and GPs.
  
• Oversee portfolio company management activities such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.

• Convert matured and prized chit customers into investment customers by promoting the company's investment products.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve investment and deposit business targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the investment team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular training and mentoring programs for the investment team.
• Prepare and present business performance reports and MIS to management.
