Investment Compliance Analyst - Japanese

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough analysis of trade transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve potential issues related to trade operations.
• Develop and maintain processes for monitoring and reporting on trade compliance, including identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on Japanese language skills to support the team's communication efforts.

Job Requirements :

• 5-30 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity industry.
• Strong understanding of trade compliance regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (written & spoken).
• Experience in trade operations, processing, or a related field.
