Antoine Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd is into Investment Banking. Antoine Capital provide solutions to client in the form of debt, equity, structured finance and M&A. We also provide IPO Advisory Services to potential companies for IPO. We are serving Corporates across sectors & businesses such as BFSI, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy, Warehousing & Logistic, Chemical, Specialty chemical, Pharma & Healthcare, Agri, Dairy, White Goods, Auto-auto ancillary, Consumer, FMCG, Engineering, Textiles & Apparels, Media & Entertainment and Capital Goods etc. (www.antoinecapital.in)
Designation: Associate Investment Banking
Qualification: ICWA/MBA/BCOM/BAF/BMS/BSC
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Job Profile:
- Financial analysis and ratio analysis
- Preparation of Power Point Presentation, Project report, Information Memorandum
- Part of execution team (debt, equity and M&A)
- Preparation of database sector wise (Business card, Financials, CFO, CEO, Directors, MD)
- Downloading various material & research report
- Preparation of reports company wise
- Working on capital market related activities.
- Flexible to go out for meetings within Mumbai
- Interact with Corporates/PE/NBFC/Banks/MF/ICs/Law firms/CAs/CS/ Business Associates/Finance consultants
