Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums.
• Conduct industry, market, and company research.
• Analyze business models, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in Quality of Earnings (QoE) and transaction analysis.
• Review and analyze financial statements and operational data.
• Prepare reports, investment summaries, and client deliverables.
• Reviewing bookkeeping and identifying and issues in bookkeeping

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting entries and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial modelling or analysis.
• Ability to prepare professional pitch decks and presentations.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Inter CA / MBA - Finance / CFA
