About this role
At BlackSoil Capital, we back India's most ambitious founders through venture debt - and we're growing the team that powers our investment decisions. We're looking for a sharp credit professional to join our FS Investment & Credit team.
What You'll Do
- Lead in-depth credit analysis across financials, cash flows, and capital structures.
- Support end-to-end due diligence business model evaluation, management meetings, site visits, and industry research.
- Contribute to credit memos for Investment Committee presentations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain credit & risk reports.
- Work closely with senior team members to sharpen credit frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, or private credit.
- Prior exposure to the BFSI sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for risk.
