Investigation Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, incidents, and issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and implement corrective actions.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates on investigation progress and ensuring prompt resolution of their concerns.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, records) to gather evidence for investigations.

• Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Good command over the English language for effective documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
