Immediate Hiring for Inventory & Supply Chain Management Executive (US Night Shift)

It manage the flow of machines, components, spare parts and other physical products from manufacturing partners through to customers, while building a clean, repeatable and scalable operating process.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Logistics & Inventory

• Track incoming shipments from manufacturing partners, including machines, components, spare parts, accessories, warranty parts and factory-supplied items.
• Coordinate inbound cargo routing to the appropriate warehouse.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and purchasing teams.
• Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouses.
• Identify potential stock shortages and proactively communicate ordering requirements to leadership.

Outbound Logistics

• Determine the most efficient warehouse for fulfilling each customer order.
• Coordinate with warehouses for order dispatch.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with logistics companies for pickups.
• Track shipments through dispatch and, where possible, delivery.
• Keep sales managers and customers informed about shipment status and dispatches.

Inventory & Systems Management

• Operate and continuously improve the Zoho Inventory setup in coordination with the Zoho administration team.
• Maintain accurate records of on-hand inventory, in-transit stock and reserved units.
• Build documented and trackable processes to replace informal, chat-based coordination.
• Help develop scalable inventory and supply chain processes.

The JD specifically emphasizes that this person will be the central point of knowledge for the company's goods flow and will help build the Zoho-based inventory process.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience coordinating with factories, freight/logistics companies and third-party warehouses.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across teams, countries and time zones.
• Strong inventory monitoring and stock planning skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying potential stock shortages.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
• Zoho Inventory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Good to Have

• Experience in vending, consumer hardware, appliances or similar physical product businesses.
• Experience working in a fast-growing company where processes were built from the ground up.
• Familiarity with US domestic freight, including LTL and line-haul carriers.

• All inbound and outbound shipments are properly tracked in the system.
• Inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
• Leadership receives advance information about potential stock shortages.
• Customers and sales managers receive timely dispatch updates.
• Strong coordination is maintained with warehouses, carriers and manufacturing partners.
