Inventory Supervisor
Location Narsapura
Job Summary To ensure accurate inventory management, maintain stock integrity, and support smooth warehouse operations through effective system and physical controls.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/SAP
- Perform cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy
- Handle stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper binning and put-away as per defined process
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance
- Coordinate with operations team for stock movements
- Identify and report inventory mismatches and damages
- Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and audit requirements
- Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
- Experience in inventory management (preferred)
- Knowledge of WMS/SAP systems is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure during peak operations
- Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
- 3-5 years for Supervisor role
