Inventory & Operations Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage raw material counting and stock updates.
• Receive and process consignments.
• Handle dispatch orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor low-stock items and raise alerts.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements and follow-ups.
• Manage material and logistical requirements for conferences/events.
• Maintain proper inventory and dispatch records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in inventory/store/operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
