Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Management & Logistics Support Executive to manage inventory

operations, track material movement, coordinate logistics activities, handle customs clearance

processes, and support vendor/customer negotiations. The candidate should have strong

organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure timely updates in the inventory system.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners for material movement.
• Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance activities.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies for smooth

shipment clearance.

• Negotiate with vendors, logistics service providers, and customers to achieve cost-effective

and efficient operations.

• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare inventory, logistics, and shipment reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Material Tracking.
• Experience in Logistics Coordination and Supply Chain Operations.
• Understanding of Customs Clearance and Import/Export procedures.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, B.Com, or MBA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or

Warehouse Operations.

• Experience in handling customs clearance and logistics coordination will be preferred.
