Role Summary:
Support day-to-day operations in the Data Center and Telecom R&D Lab by moving, organizing, and handling IT hardware. Assist engineers with lab setup and perform basic computer-related inventory tasks.
What Youll Do:
- Safely move and transport IT hardware, telecom equipment, servers, networking devices, and accessories within office, lab, and data center
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, labeling, and arranging newly received hardware
- Support engineers during hardware installation, relocation, decommissioning, and rack setup activities
- Perform asset tagging and inventory updates using computer applications
- Create and update simple records in MS Excel and other inventory management tools
- Raise and update support tickets in Jira or other ticketing systems as instructed
- Assist in cable organization, packing, shipping, and hardware preparation for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, labs, and work areas
- Follow ESD and safety guidelines while handling sensitive electronic equipment
- Report damaged or missing equipment to the supervisor
- Support periodic inventory audits and stock verification activities
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience or willingness to work in IT support, warehouse operations, logistics, or hardware handling (0-3 years)
- Ability to safely move and handle IT hardware and equipment

Qualifications:
12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or any Graduate
