Inventory Executive

Job Title: Inventory Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2-3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inward and outward stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts.
• Perform inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports (MIS).
• Reduce stock damages, expiries, and shrinkage.
• Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for smooth stock movement.
• Update inventory details in ERP/software.
• Ensure proper storage and stock accuracy.
• Report to the Inventory Controller.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Retail.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
