Job Title: Inventory Executive US Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and track inventory across locations.
• Verify orders, inventory transactions, and operational data for accuracy.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and identify stock discrepancies.
• Prepare daily inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory and order-related issues.
• Perform data entry, data validation, and operational reporting.
• Follow inventory control procedures and ensure data accuracy.
• Support daily operational activities for US-based business operations.
• Communicate clearly with US-based teams to resolve operational issues and provide updates.

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate.
• Freshers is welcomed but experienced in inventory management, inventory operations, or daily operations support is preferred.
• Experience supporting US-based operations is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and listening comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP/CRM tools, and reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
