Inventory Costing Manager

We are looking for a qualified CMA professional with strong experience in manufacturing costing, inventory management, cost analysis and SAP CO-PA. The candidate will be responsible for product costing, inventory valuation, COGS reporting, month-end inventory closing, cost audit and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Prepare and maintain costing and inventory MIS reports.
• Manage product costing, standard costing, actual costing and cost variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports.
• Perform Raw Material Cost (RMC) analysis and monitor material cost fluctuations.
• Manage inventory control, inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Handle month-end ERP processes, including inventory closing, WIP updates and work order closure.
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting and timely financial closing.
• Handle cost audits, compliance requirements and cost record maintenance.
• Manage SAP CO-PA activities, including allocation and distribution cycles, profitability analysis, reporting and report development.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Coordinate with Finance, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate costing and inventory reporting.

Required Skills :-

• CMA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in costing, inventory management or manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, cost accounting, COGS and cost variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience in inventory valuation, WIP management and month-end closing.
• Practical experience in SAP CO-PA, including allocation and distribution cycles.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP / SAP CO-FI and manufacturing cost processes.
• Experience in raw material cost analysis, cost audit and compliance.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
