Inventory and operations Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, including purchasing, stock movement, storage, dispatch, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
• Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
• Address and resolve customer grievances related to product delivery, delays, returns, or damaged items.
• Support inventory management and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with marketing operations, including barter collaborations with influencers.
• Coordinate and manage user-generated content (UGC) from influencers and customers.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of social media content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and operations reports.
• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively across different teams.
• Interest in e-commerce, operations, and digital marketing.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
