Inventory and Operation Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory tracking and stock management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports.
• Support order processing and inventory replenishment planning.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and stock deliveries.
• Assist in monthly inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare inventory and sales reports for management review.
• Monitor consumables usage and support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory movements and transactions.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
