Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of inventory control systems and tools.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, performance, and forecasts for management review.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within inventory management and contribute to their execution.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or a related operational role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain concepts.
