Intune Architect

Key Responsibilities

End User Support

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Support VIP and business-critical users as required.
• Provide remote and onsite support based on operational needs.

Endpoint Management

• Manage Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management platforms.
• Monitor device compliance and security posture.
• Support device enrollment, Autopilot provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security controls.

Application Management

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
• Support application installations, updates, packaging, and removals.
• Coordinate with application owners for issue resolution and testing.

Patch & Security Management

• Monitor and support Microsoft Autopatch and Windows patch deployment activities.
• Assist with Chrome and third-party application patch management.
• Support remediation of vulnerable and non-compliant devices.
• Maintain security compliance standards and policies.

Service Management

• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and SCTASKs through ServiceNow.
• Ensure tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and work notes.
• Participate in Major Incident and Change Management activities.

Asset & Device Lifecycle Management

• Support device procurement, onboarding, replacement, refresh, and decommissioning activities.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Coordinate with field support and asset management teams.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
• Identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
• Participate in governance reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives.
