Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the Learning & Development team in designing and creating training materials.
• Develop engaging learning content, presentations, posters, and communication materials using Canva.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and employee learning initiatives.
• Create visual content for employee engagement and learning campaigns.
• Maintain learning records, training trackers, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand learning requirements and support content development.
• Conduct research on learning trends and recommend creative ways to enhance employee learning experiences.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing L&D projects and activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• MBA Fresher (HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related specialization preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Learning & Development concepts.
• Proficiency in Canva for content and presentation creation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
