Below are the job details:

• Tracking and monitoring all incoming shipment boxes.
  
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of all samples received.
  
• Recording, Booking and Managing every sample in the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS).
  
• Communicating with clinicians through emails and telephonic conversations regarding samples.
  
• Performing calling activity for Pre-PSR (PrePatient Sample Receipt) confirmation to ensure readiness and reduce errors.
  
• Handling discrepancy clearance by coordinating with internal teams and clinicians to resolve sample/document-related issues.
