Headquartered with a global footprint across 20+ countries, we operate a heavy machinery engineering and manufacturing facility near Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Guided by innovation, digitalization, and sustainability, we design and build top-tier industrial equipment like jaw crushers, cone crushers, and washing systems for the mining and infrastructure sectors.
We are seeking energetic, tech-savvy, and dedicated interns to join our operations at the Roorkee facility for an intensive 6-month program.
Role Overview:
This is a 6-month on-site internship offering a fixed stipend of 10,000 per month. We follow a rigorous talent scouting approach: exceptional performers who demonstrate strong technical or management skills will be fast-tracked to a Full-Time Job Offer / Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon completing the internship.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Stream):
- Engineering & Operations: Support the production, assembly, design, quality testing, or hydraulics maintenance teams on the shop floor.
- Supply Chain & Management: Assist with vendor coordination, material inventory tracking, data entry, and operational logs using internal systems.
- Analysis & Projects: Collaborate on engineering workflows, track performance milestones, and prepare technical daily/weekly progress reports.
- Adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lean manufacturing protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Engineering, or MBA / BBA or Any Graduate aspirants looking for industrial experience.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time out of our office/plant located in the Industrial Area, Bhagwanpur, Roorkee.
- Skills: Basic understanding of engineering drawings, machine operations, or Excel data tracking. Strong communication skills and a high willingness to learn on the job.
- Mindset: Disciplined, punctual, and eager to thrive in a high-growth heavy manufacturing environment.
