About the Internship

The program offers structured training, on-the-job learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time sales role based on performance.

Role: Intern Sales Trainee Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Meet prospective customers and explain product features.
• Conduct field visits and build customer relationships.
• Assist customers with documentation and the loan application process.
• Achieve assigned business targets as per the internship phase.
• Coordinate with branch and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility:

• Graduates in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3-6 months of sales experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in field sales.

Performance Journey:

• 0-2 Months: Training with no performance targets.
• 3rd Month: Soft target of 2 logins along with continued training and assessment
• 4-6 Months: Disbursement targets with incentive eligibility.
• 7th Month Onwards: Salary revision based on performance (as per company policy) and independent business targets.

Stipend: 14,000 per month
