Internship Trainee

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support the team in documentation, data compilation, report preparation and PowerPoint presentation development. The intern will work closely with internal teams and gain exposure to professional documentation and consulting project deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

• Assist in preparing and formatting PowerPoint presentations for internal and client requirements.
• Support preparation, editing and formatting of technical reports, project documents and management presentations.
• Compile and organize information received from different teams.
• Convert raw data and information into clear, structured and presentable formats.
• Assist in maintaining and updating documentation, trackers and records.
• Support the team in preparing MIS reports, dashboards and status updates.
• Ensure documents and presentations follow the required format, structure and branding guidelines.
• Perform basic data entry, data validation and document quality checks.
• Assist in organizing project-related files and maintaining proper documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to collect required information and follow up on pending inputs.
• Support other documentation and presentation-related activities as assigned.
