Role & responsibilities

An internship in Delhivery Logistics Operations focuses on managing day-to-day warehouse and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing sorting, scanning, bag handling, picking, packaging, and dispatching.
• Operational Metrics: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT), productivity, and on-time delivery rates to reduce delayed or missing shipments.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, hygiene, and facility security.
• Issue Resolution: Assist with client escalations, delivery exceptions, and root-cause analysis for operational gaps

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Open to graduates or students pursuing degrees in business, logistics, supply chain management, or commerce.
• Skills: Basic computer operations, analytical skills, and readiness for rotating or shift-based work.
• Stipend & Compensation: Typically ranges from 15,000 to 16,000 per month, varying by location and role specialization
