Internship For Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with their queries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet assigned targets and KPIs (where applicable).
