As a TechSparks Intern, you'll work closely with the marketing and events team, gaining hands-on experience in executing one of India's most influential startup conferences while interacting with some of the country's leading founders and business leaders.

As a TechSparks Intern, you'll work closely with the marketing and events team, gaining hands-on experience in executing one of India's most influential startup conferences while interacting with some of the country's leading founders and business leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reach out to founders, CXOs, startup leaders, investors, and enterprise professionals through calls, and WhatsApp.
- Invite and onboard attendees for TechSparks 2026.
- Build relationships with prospective attendees and answer their queries professionally.
- Coordinate with attendees throughout the event lifecycle.
- Maintain outreach trackers, CRM records, and registration databases.
- Support marketing campaigns and attendee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with pre-event planning and on-ground event execution.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Events teams to ensure a seamless event experience.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident speaking with founders, CXOs, and senior industry leaders.
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, customer success, sales, events, or campus leadership is an added advantage.
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, or the innovation ecosystem.
