We are hiring Interns for 3 months (Remote or Work From Home Opportunity)

Roles Responsibilities

• Coordinate with users and doctors for appointment scheduling.
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and consultation bookings.
• Maintain and update operational sheets/data regularly.
• Support the team in daily operational activities.
• Manage transfer requests and consultation status updates.
• Ensure timely communication with users regarding appointments and consultations.
• Track pending consultations and assist in resolution.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth process execution.

Qualifications

Freshers graduates

Good in English Hindi Communication Skills

Having internship experience in sales or tele calling will be added advantage

Basics of Excel/Google spreadsheet
