Job Role

Customer Support Executive – Verizon | International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with telecom services, plans, billing, payments, and account-related queries.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot basic service-related concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.
• Achieve process KPIs including CSAT, Quality, AHT, and FCR.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Undergraduate & Graduate candidates are eligible.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates with International Voice / Customer Support experience will have an added advantage.
