Qualification & Experience :

• Open to undergraduates & postgraduates
• Excellent spoken english and communication skills are required.
• Experience in international voice process, bpo, customer service, or telecalling is an added advantage.

Job responsiblities :

• handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally.
• Hommunicate with customers from international markets.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
