About The Job:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls from international customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow call-handling procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism throughout every interaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate, depending on company requirements.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
• Strong customer-handling skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Previous experience in an international BPO or customer service process is an advantage.
