6. Follow call scripts and procedures Adhere to company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Good spoken English and active listening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work night shifts or rotational shifts, depending on the process.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
