Role & Responsibilities International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

• Handle inbound calls with US healthcare customers, patients, providers, or insurance representatives.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, insurance, claims, eligibility, benefits, and billing.
• Verify patient/member information while maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA and company guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with US customers.
• Accurately document every interaction, update records, and maintain call-related information in CRM systems.
• Meet defined targets for quality, productivity, Average Handling Time (AHT), attendance, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/12th pass or equivalent, depending on the company's eligibility criteria.
• Excellent spoken English with good pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and comprehension.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable and confident in communicating with US Customers over the phone .
• Prior experience in international Voice Process, particularly in US healthcare, medical billing, insurance, claims processing, or customer support is preferred.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills may also be considered.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software applications.
• Good typing and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in US Shifts / night shifts
