• Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Process: International Voice
• CTC:Up to 5.5 LPA
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Cab Facility:2-Way Cab Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Provide product/service information and assist customers in decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
• Identify customer concerns and share feedback for process improvement

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
