Greetings from JobShop!We're hiring for a Premium International Voice Process with leading MNC BPO clients in Bengaluru.Job Role: Customer Service Executive International Voice Location: Belandur / Kormangla and Whitefield (Work From Office Bengaluru) Shift: US/UK Night Shift CTC: Up to 5 LPA + Performance Incentives Working Days: 5 Days Working Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls for US/UK clients
• Perform customer verification and account validation
• Resolve customer queries with First Call Resolution (FCR)
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
• Update CRM with accurate customer interaction details
• Meet CSAT, AHT, and Quality targets

Eligibility:

• Undergraduates & Graduates
• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in US/UK night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
