Experience & Salary

L1 – Fresher to 6 Months

L2 – 6 Months to 4 Years

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• International Voice Process experience is preferred.
• Experience in the UK Banking domain, particularly credit card processes, is an added advantage.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Details

• Rotational shifts
• Shift timings between 11:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

Cab Facility

• Two-way cab facility available at an additional charge.
• Service coverage up to 20 km only.
