Position: Technical Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 3.40 LPA 4.18 LPA
Education: Graduate
Experience: Fresher & Experienced
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through International Voice Process.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate candidates can apply.
- Candidates with Technical Background are preferred.
- Technical Support / Voice Process experience is required for experienced candidates.
- Freshers with a relevant technical background can also apply.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
