Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.

Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements :

0-5 years of experience in an international BPO/call center environment.
Excellent English communication skills with good pronunciation and fluency.
Ability to work on inbound voice processes (customer care) with minimal supervision.
Freshers can apply; no prior experience required.
3.1L to 4.25L CTC PA based on experience
