Mandatory Requirements for Team Leader:

• International Voice Process experience is required.
• Blended Process experience is also acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience on paper.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SLA, KPI, CSAT and quality metrics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in international BPO / customer experience operations.
• Candidates from MNCs and reputed BPO organizations are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
