Job Description Responsibilities

• Handle calls with US Hospitals & Clinics
• Coordinate with Healthcare Providers
• Follow up for Medical Records
• Maintain Documentation & Call Logs
• Meet Client TAT.

Desired profile of the candidate

• 1+ Year International Voice Experience (Mandatory)
• Excellent English Communication
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Candidates with an employment gap of up to 3 months are eligible .
• Candidates with a gap of more than 3 months are not eligible
• Absconded Drop candidates will not be considered.
• No Lead Generation Profiles.

Candidates Location - Pune Candidates willing to work from Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
