Salary Range : 3LPA to 5 LPA

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver accurate information and maintain service quality
• Maintain clear and effective communication (fluency, tone, clarity)
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Work in rotational/night shifts

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working in an international BPO environment
• Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
