Salary: 22,000 Take Home + Up to 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for US Healthcare.
• Assist customers with benefits, claims, coverage, and account-related queries.
• Update customer details in CRM and follow quality standards.

Eligibility

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work night shifts.
