Designation

• U1: Associate Customer Support
• U2: Senior Associate Customer Support

Experience Criteria

• Freshers to 24 Months: Eligible for U1
• Experienced Candidates: Eligible for U2, based on applicable experience criteria.
• Voice process experience will receive 100% weightage.
• Non-voice / Backend experience will receive 50% weightage.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and voice-handling abilities.
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer calls and resolve customer queries.
• Review customer accounts and policies using cloud-based tools.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Handle challenging customer situations professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Two-way cab facility provided.(25km)

Salary details :

Freshers(0 to 6months )- 3.1 to 4.5lpa

U1 Experience (6 to 11 Months) - 3.5 to 5.5lpa

U1 Experience (12 to 17 Months) - 4 to 6.5lpa

U2 Experience (18 Months & Above) - 4.22 to 7.5lpa

U2 Experience (24 Months & Above) - 4..75 to 8lpa
