Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and effective resolutions.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and defined service-level agreements.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
• Demonstrate good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Neutral accent and strong listening skills.
• Minimum Versant score of 58.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations.
• Basic computer knowledge and system navigation skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Comfortable working from the Bangalore office.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Weekly Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility within a 30 km radius, subject to company policy.
• Location: Bangalore, work from office.
