ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring experienced professionals for the International Voice Process for British Telecom at Gurugram. You will be the voice of the company for international customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with clear communication, accuracy and a customer-first approach.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers and resolve their queries in a professional and timely manner.

- Understand the customer's issue, ask the right questions, and provide accurate information and the best possible solution.

- Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call with clear, confident and empathetic communication.

- Follow the defined processes, call guidelines and compliance policies while handling customer accounts.

- Update customer details, interactions and actions accurately in the system after every call.

- Aim for first-call resolution and escalate complex issues to the right team when required.

- Meet quality, productivity, average handling time (AHT) and customer satisfaction targets.

- Work in rotational shifts and be available as per the business requirement.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.

- C1-level English communication skills required.

- Must have experience with one of the target companies: Amex, Barclays, Cvent, Telus or MetLife.

NOTICE PERIOD CANDIDATES

Candidates currently serving their notice period can also be considered, provided they are comfortable with immediate joining. The company will buy out the notice period.
