International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing-related issues.
• Process patient accounts accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment collection.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to senior team members or supervisors for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (IVP) environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in AR calling, US Healthcare knowledge preferred but not required.
